PROJECT CASE STUDY

110 HIGH HOLBORN

As part of the refurbishment of 110 High Holborn as CAT A office space, Berkeley Integra was appointed by Paragon to help with the works package for specialist interior systems.

110 High Holborn is located in a prominent position on the north side of High Holborn spanning across the junction with Procter Street. The location benefits from access to both the Central and Northern lines and will have access to Crossrail when completed.

On this premier building, high quality workmanship was required to carry out ‘M/F’ plasterboard ceilings to four levels. This included formation of complex bulkhead details, recessed lighting systems and the provision of ‘Armstrong’ metal ceiling tiles in numerous isolated panels within the solid ceilings. Berkeley Integra also completed the refurbishment of toilet washrooms on the project and undertook the supply and fitting of the joinery including doors, frames and skirting.

Berkeley Integra’s contract of £325,000 formed part of the £6.1 m project.
